For party supply shops, event planners, and gift retailers, a useful goodie bag assortment starts with a practical sourcing plan. Compare the intended age group, packaged size, weight, filling, and order quantity before selecting bulk squishies for birthday party favors.
This guide uses examples from ToyAdFun’s actual catalog. Products vary in material and squeeze response, so treat each SKU as a separate buying decision rather than assuming every squishy is a miniature or a slow-rising foam toy.
Start with the Audience and Packaging
- Confirm suitability: Check the specific age labeling, warnings, instructions, and relevant product documentation for the destination market. Do not assume a filled toy is suitable for preschool children or every party guest.
- Measure the packaged item: Compare the unit package with the usable dimensions of your bag, cone, or gift box. Product dimensions and packaging dimensions are different.
- Plan the handling: Keep original labels and instructions with individual favors. Confirm how products will be protected in transit and during repacking.
Squishy Formats to Compare
1. Colorful Water Bead Smiling Buns: SQ-090
SQ-090 is the Colorful Water Bead Smiling Steamed Bun Squishy Fidget Toy. The catalog describes soft rubber material with colorful water beads, an approximate width of 8.5 cm, a height of 6 cm, a product weight of 450 g, and 96 pieces per carton. These are catalog figures to confirm with your quotation; the weight makes bag strength and total shipment weight important planning factors.
SQ-089 is a separate glitter water bead version. Keep its SKU, picture, and product link distinct from SQ-090 when preparing an order.
2. Fruit Bar and Strawberry Jelly Designs: SQ-024 and SQ-025
Fruit Bar Jelly SQ-024 and Strawberry Jelly SQ-025 are listed as TPR with petroleum jelly filling and a moldable, non-rebounding response. The catalog lists 72 pieces per carton for SQ-024 and 120 for SQ-025. A fruit theme can tie an assortment together, but packing quantities should be calculated separately for each design.
For SQ-025, the unit box is listed as 6.5 cm wide and 6.5 cm high; its depth is not provided. Request the missing measurement before selecting a fitted favor package.
3. Flour-Filled Smiling Buns: SQ-088
SQ-088 is described as a flour-filled smiling steamed bun made from soft rubber, with 96 pieces per carton. Ask for a sample to assess its squeeze response. The catalog does not establish a food-grade filling claim or a guaranteed ability to hold reshaped expressions.
Build Bundles Using Your Actual Costs
- Define the pack: Choose the number of favors per kit, exact SKUs, and any color requirements. Ask whether mixed-SKU packing is available.
- Calculate the requirement: For example, 24 bags containing two toys each require 48 toys. Compare that requirement with the confirmed carton quantities and MOQ for each SKU.
- Budget the complete package: Include the quoted product cost, freight, applicable charges, bags, labels, and packing labor. Choose retail pricing from your own costs rather than an assumed margin.
- Review a sample bundle: Check fit, package strength, labeling, and presentation before ordering a larger batch.
Prepare a Product-Specific Wholesale Inquiry
Send ToyAdFun the selected SKUs, quantities, destination, required arrival date, and packaging requirements. Ask the team to confirm MOQ, current availability, samples, shipping estimates, and any customization feasibility. Carton quantity is a packing specification, not a promise that smaller trial orders or mixed cases are available.
